Today, ASL allows wholesale or eligible investors to co-invest alongside the directors to safely earn interest rates, well in excess of many alternative comparable investments.In September 2023, ASL has expanded its offering by purchasing the business of John Isaac & Partners Limited and will continue to work closely with John Isaac over the next two years, before John retires. John Isaac & Partners Limited was established in 2012 and focuses on providing first mortgage loans, the majority secured over Auckland residential property.Both ASL and Isaac & Partners strive to provide quick decisioning and operate in a professional and pragmatic manner whereby we are seeking win win opportunities in the non-bank market.Both ASL and Isaac & Partners provide wholesale or eligible investors with mortgage investment opportunities which provide safe, very attractive returns and monthly distributions and in doing so assist clients who are unable to obtain bank funding.We specialise in:

Our typical lending criteria:
• 1st and 2nd mortgages secured over property. No CCCFA funding.
• Loan amounts $200k –$1.5m
• Loan terms < 6 months
• Max LVR 80%. Most transactions are <65%
• Lending usually restricted to main cities
• Loans must have a clear purpose and source of repayment
• Capitalised interest may be offered in some cases.
• ASL directors co-invest a minimum 5% in each transaction.
As a condition of all lending, we meet all borrowers, guarantors and inspect the security.We undertake the following activities:
• providing non-regulated loans to borrowers
• arranging and syndicating non-regulated loans with wholesale investors
• providing loan administration services
